Responsibilities:
• • Open and expand new markets in Southeast Asia for clients.
• • Develop and execute Google and Facebook Ads strategies to drive leads, conversions, and retention.
• • Optimize campaigns to exceed KPIs like ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates, tailored for the leisure, entertainment, and gaming sectors in SEA.
• • Analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
• • Manage client relationships, acting as the main contact and providing regular updates.
• • Collaborate with creative, analytics, and account management teams for seamless campaign execution.
• • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in SEA performance marketing for leisure, entertainment, and gaming.
• • Recruit, train, manage, and motivate team members as needed.
Requirements:
• • 5+ years of experience in strategizing and optimizing paid media on platforms like Facebook/Instagram, AdWords, YouTube, and third-party ad platforms.
• • Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin, Thai, Vietnamese, Filipino, or other languages is a plus.
• • Up-to-date knowledge of SEA market performance marketing trends and best practices.
• • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships in SEA.
• • Willingness to travel overseas for business meetings, training, and exhibitions.
