DescriptionAbout this opportunity As part of the NRO Services Sales you will be responsible for meeting the Network Rollout business growth and profitability ambitions for South-East Market Area. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone with strong Network Rollout experience looking for a career in services sales. The successful candidate will be part of MOAI Network Operations Service Line Build team, reporting to Head of Pre-Sales- Service Line Build and act as main NRO business driver for Network Rollout services supporting all the Customer Units within the South- East Market Area. Be part of our team!What you will do MOAI Network Operations Service Line Build is the services organization delivering Network Rollout Services for the Market Area. The position will have the following responsibilities:Drive domain sales by supporting Key Account Managers (KAM) organization with business development and domain-specific sales activities, securing that Ericsson is perceived as a preferred partner, work on a strategic level to identify leads and opportunities for South East Market Area Customers, and together with the KAMs, develop a winning strategy for selected deals.Support KAMs, CU Ops and SLs NRO business stakeholders in the definition of the NRO strategy and business plan.Actively drive NRO Strategic Growth Programs/Initiatives towards the CU, in co-ordination with SLs, Engagement managers and the BAPresales support for most relevant NRO engagements in South-East Asia. It includes support in defining engagement strategies, solutions and commercials based on customer needs, help with the negotiations to get the best outcome satisfying both customer and Ericsson. This activity requires close co-operation with NRO Technical Sales Support, BA Competence Units/SDU and regional sales directors’ and counterpart from other PA/BAs.Lead activities to create customer success cases, reference solutions and sales best practices.Support commercial management teams to ensure price, margin and other terms and conditions in line with company guidelines and in cost optimization.Gather and analyze competitor information, secure understanding of market, competitors and their value propositions, including market acceptance; provide insight on how new trends will affect customer business.Work closely with Portfolio and Delivery teams to secure delivery readiness capabilities and building solutions to meet customer requirements.Drive sales of the new evolved NRO PortfolioYou will bring10+ years of experience of the Telecoms industry and 5+in NRO business aspectsStrong competence on Ericsson portfolio with strong competence of NRO technology and solutions being a plus.Broad experience in Ericsson internal processes, organization (both global and CUs)Strong Customer facing, Presentation and Communication skillsProblem Solving & Critical ThinkingEye for business and Financial UnderstandingWhy Join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
