Job Description -Carrying out the day-to-day HR activities of an organization. -Maintain the accuracy of employee files and databases. -Assist in the implementation of company policies. -Prepare Letters / Documents / Reports etc. -Assist with all aspects of daily HR operations including recruitment, interviews, onboarding, payroll, Foreign Workers, KPI, Disciplinary and etc. -Prepare, and update Process flow and SOP. -Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee as necessary.
