Connect Energy partners with a consultancy firm to look for a FIELD MECHANICAL ENGINEER (EQUIPMENT) for a Biofuel project in Malaysia.  Responsibilities Work closely with the Construction Manager and Project Manager to execute the integration of mechanical systems with other construction components of equipment. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards in construction, installation, commissioning and maintenance of mechanical equipment Prepare and submit reports to CM and PM for approval prior presenting to client.  Requirements Degree in Mechanical Engineering Min. 10 years experience working in refinery project with at least one is a greenfield project.  Experience working in Pengerang will be an advantage Strong knowledge in mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, pumps and generators. Familiar with local construction codes, regulations and safety standards.  Effective communication and interpersonal abilities with capacity to collaborate with diverse teams.  Able to work in fast pace environment. Able to start work within short notice an advantage
