-Plan the training capacity for the calendar month / year, administer and execute the training programme in accordance with needs. -Design and formulate food handler training materials accordance to company operating processes, conduct food handler training and assessment to assess employee’s competency. -Review and revise food handler training contents and materials to ensure the content are in line and up to date as per MOH requirements. -Ensure all training records / database are properly filed, update and maintain into the system and to generate accurate reports and provide analysis accordingly. -Ensure food handler certificate is ready to be dispersed to attendees. -Educate and raise awareness about food safety handling and procedures at operational levels. -Conduct food safety / others relevant training to staff as designated duties instructed by management. [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-zus-coffee-job-food-handle-trainer] -At least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in food and beverage related disciplines. -Certified Food Handler Trainer with valid license. -Certified Train-The-Trainer by HRD Corp is an added advantage. -At least 2 years of relevant work experience in similar industries as a trainer / training executive. -Knowledgeable in Food Safety Quality Management System Standards i.e. HACCP, FSSC 22000 etc. -Possess good communication skills, strong leadership with interpersonal skills. -Computer literacy in Google Docs and Microsoft Office -Must be fluent / well-versed in Malay and English, both oral and written. -Excellent presentation skills and ability to work independently
