-Responsible for building alignment with line managers to ensure the best practice and compliance with labor laws and regulations and corporate policy. -Provide advice and coaching line managers on all human resource-related matters. -Maintain HR database to be accurate and up-to-date and provide efficient HR reports and propose findings and solutions to the management team. -Handle HR documents according to company working processes and policies. -Keep up to date with trends and best practices in the HR areas. -Perform other duties as assigned. -Manpower Plan and Monitoring with the operation team . -Process monthly payroll (timesheet, OT calculation etc.). -Prepare monthly reports to superior.
