As General Manager, your job will be to lead our growth strategy by identifying and acquiring clients and partners to increase the usage of e-wallet, wallet-as-a service and payment services. Responsibilities include developing and driving C-level and field relationships, exploring new business opportunities, building brand’s identity, executing go-to-market strategies, and managing clients’ retention. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability while managing costs effectively.  Key responsibilities: -Taking the lead in increasing company revenue by identifying profitable business opportunities and developing long-term business growth strategies. -Setting a strategic business development and marketing plan for identified target markets. -Understanding the business and technical requirements of our partners/clients and working closely with the internal development team to guide the direction of our product offerings.  -Participating in strategic business planning with senior management, setting objectives and identifying methods to reach those goals. -Developing proposals, negotiating commercial agreements, and driving contract closure with target partners/clients. -Representing the organization at industry conferences and communities. -Growing, mentoring, and managing the team within the sales and marketing division and scale according to growth. -To perform any other duties as deemed fit to be within the scope of your position and as determined by Management from time to time.
