Requirements WHAT YOU’LL DO Devise actionable marketing strategies from findings on customer insights and their behaviour. Bring the consumer perspective to marketing decision making by executing market analysis and research to provide insights and recommendations. Partner with cross-functional teams consisting of marketing, operations, and product and technology to drive acquisition. Identify the “why” and prioritise the “what” in order to drive impact. Manage and measure effectiveness of digital marketing channels. Oversee all the company's social media accounts. Track, measure, and report relevant metrics. This involves a good understanding of Google Analytics and CRM systems. Conduct research on competitors and provide suggestions for improvements. WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field is preferred. At least 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG, User Research agencies, Marketing agencies, and e-Commerce industries. Has experience in user research - using customer insights and data for decision making. Familiar with putting together data from multiple sources to tell a story. Good in copywriting, fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus). Strong writing and verbal communication skills. Good understanding of SEM and Social Media Marketing. Results-driven with a keen analytical ability to turn insights into action. Highly motivated with a sense of urgency and willingness to adjust in a fast-paced, team environment. Ability to multitask, prioritise, and problem solve with excellent time management skills. Creative self-starter and quick learner with a can-do attitude.
