Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business objectives and drive organizational performance.

Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure high performance.

Oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and compliance.

Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on all human capital matters, providing insights and recommendations based on HR analytics and industry trends.

Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

Design and execute initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring a strong pipeline of future leaders.

Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication, training, and support to facilitate smooth transitions.

Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements.

Manage HR budgets and resources effectively, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and operational needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.

10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic HR leadership role.

Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.

Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
