Job Summary: Responsible for not limited to product related training and development programs ,evaluating needs and current practices then create and deliver a training development plan complete with materials, tutorials, sales process, and learning resources such as online modules and assessment.  Job Descriptions:   -Course Planning: including new product training strategic, training progress follow-up, internal and external training arrangements. -Course Development: localization of product training materials, sales skill courses, product comparison courses, product related materials -Course Evaluation: develop monthly examinations for Training team and promoters to ensure their product knowledge is sufficient.  -Learning Management System: digitalize learning content in our learning platform.
