Your responsibilities:

• Fast track to Manager -, you will have hands-on experience in all areas HR including: culture & engagement, performance, compensation & benefits, payroll/admin and learning development

• Set-up and execute ongoing company wide and employee engagement activities ie surveys, quarterly offsite, monthly all-hands, celebrations proactively and consistently

• Conducts regular salary benchmarks against market rates across the company functions and advises HoDs on compensation and benefits.

• Prepares and extends efficient and effective on- and offboarding procedures incl. contracts, welcome packs, ground tours and exit management with high energy

• Working with HoDs to identifies skill gaps in the organization and plans and organizes targeted training initiatives

• Prepare and process full end-to-end monthly payroll including commissions, claims with excellent accuracy 

• Manage expatriate Quota/Employment Pass/Visa applications and maintaining high confidentiality of the information 

• Execute and support effective employer branding strategies and activities. Be the friendly face of Pop Meals!

You are:

• Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience as an HR Generalist/ Executive or similar role

• Very positive, energetic and outgoing personality to create excitement 

• Easily connects with people and builds authentic relationships, strong rapport and buy in 

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

• High level of personal integrity and ethics

• Proactive and great problem-solving skills

• Basic understanding and knowledge of labor legislation

• Ability to handle confidential information
