-Responsible for the full spectrum of human resources functions which include manpower planning, compensation and benefit, payroll administration, employee and industrial relations, and general administration. -Reviewing, developing, and improving HR Policies and Procedures and to ensure that changes are communicated to stakeholders promptly. -Responsible for competence and value-driven recruitment strategy and finding creative ways to recruit the best talent for the company. -Responsible for the administration of HR process and system that are related to Compensation and Benefits such as performance appraisals, medical insurance, and salary structure. -Plan, Budget, prepare, control, and coordinate annual training programs for all levels of staff in both internal and external activities. -Develop, implement, and administer company policies and advice the management on employment practices, procedures, and rules. -Investigate, manage, and control all the disciplinary and grievance and provide solutions of problems related to personnel indiscipline matters. -Review overall employee remuneration packages and ensure that remuneration practices area competitive related to local market regularly and propose to the Management as and when required.
