-Responsible for the full spectrum of human resources functions which include manpower planning, compensation and benefit, payroll administration, employee and industrial relations, and general administration. -Reviewing, developing, and improving HR Policies and Procedures and to ensure that changes are communicated to stakeholders promptly. -Responsible for competence and value-driven recruitment strategy and finding creative ways to recruit the best talent for the company. -Responsible for the administration of HR process and system that are related to Compensation and Benefits such as performance appraisals, medical insurance, and salary structure. -Plan, Budget, prepare, control, and coordinate annual training programs for all levels of staff in both internal and external activities. -Develop, implement, and administer company policies and advice the management on employment practices, procedures, and rules. -Investigate, manage, and control all the disciplinary and grievance and provide solutions of problems related to personnel indiscipline matters. -Review overall employee remuneration packages and ensure that remuneration practices area competitive related to local market regularly and propose to the Management as and when required. Preferably candidates with minimum three (3) years managerial experience -Possess good understanding of Fintech industry is an advantage. -Acquired understanding of employment laws and ability to apply them effectively to resolve problems and to optimally serve the Company interest. -Possess strong leadership skills, communication and relationship maintaining skills. -Computer literate and well versed with Microsoft applications.
