Job Description: -Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound emails. -Understand customers’ needs and identify sales opportunities. -Answering potential customers’ inquiries and sending sales information through emails. -Proficient in executing sales strategies, scripts, information gathering on customers. -Keeping up with product and service information and updates. -Upselling products or services. -Close sales and achieve monthly quotas and sales targets. -Strong marketing knowledge to identify areas of lead growth. -Handle proper documentation and recording of sales closing activities. -Handle customer inquiry after-sales service.
