Your new role

You will be supporting coordination and administrative tasks in recruitment, employee onboarding, employee life cycle while utilising your Japanese language skills.

You will be able to sharpen your communication and interpersonal skills through correspondence with internal and external stakeholders, e.g. job applicants, employees, and internal departments.

You will also actively contribute to process improvement and knowledge transfer, besides other areas requiring your expertise in Japanese language, such as translation and interpretation.

What you'll need to succeed

Japanese proficiency (equivalent to JLPT N1/N2)

Business-level English proficiency

1–2 years of work experience would be an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome to apply too!)

Ability to build positive relationships with various stakeholders
