Responsibilities:

• To develop and execute trade and channelactivities including plan and implement new product launches,seasonal, tactical promotions and yearly dealers’ incentiveguidelines, support off-site on-ground activities ie. Dealers’event or corporate reach out activities to achieve brand and salesobjectives.
• To lead and grow 5-7 brandsincluding updating promotional market trends with bi-annualcompetitive analysis for these brands.
• Monitortrade marketing inventory diligently, forecast appropriate ordersand propose trade marketing strategies to mobilise sell in todealers.
• Collaborate effectively withEducation Team to provide training for the internal and externalcustomers.
• Management of POSMs includingdevelopment of supporting collateral and translation of marketingmaterials to bilingual (English and Mandarin) and source forpremiums to support seasonal promotions in line with our corporateguidelines.
• Administrative: Raise properdocuments for invoicing purposes. Ensure timely submission ofbudgets, marketing reports and co-op claims forapproval.
• Propose relevant and engaging socialmedia & digital content, where possible to expand customerreach.
• Ability to design using designsoftware, such as InDesign or Illustrator plus photo-editingsoftware, such as PhotoShop is an added advantage.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma /Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Public Relations or relatedfield.
• At least 1 year of working experiencein beauty industry will be added advantage.
• Team player and able to work independently.
• Good in planning and organizing skill.
• Creative and willing to learn.
• Ableto communicate and interact with internal and externalstakeholders.
