Dive into data, trends, and strategies to elevate our market presence and be at the forefront of innovation in brand loyalty and customer experience.Your responsibilitiesIn summary, you'll: Generate monthly reports across various data sources (e.g. Nielsen) Manage internal research projects (from questionnaire designing to reporting) on ad-hoc basis Periodically track and analyse market conditions and economic sentiments to provide latest consumer and market trend within the organisation Provide support in deep dive analysis The experience we're looking for Currently pursuing business studies, statistics, or its equivalent Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and meticulous with details. Enjoy working with numbers Proficiency in both English and vernaculars Competency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint Good communication and interpersonal skills.
