Our Client are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Ecommerce and Customer Service Coordinator. In this role, you'll wear many hats, playing a crucial role in managing our online presence, coordinating tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Website Management:

• Upload new products with clear descriptions and high-quality photos.
• Update website content to maintain a fresh and engaging online presence.
• Assist with maintaining a user-friendly website experience.

Digital Marketing Skills

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress and shopify.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot) and CRM software.
• Understanding of SEO and SEM best practices.
• Knowledge of Google analytic and Google ad
• Knowledge of social media platforms and their advertising options.
• Ability to analyze and report on KPIs and metrics.

  Sales Support:

• Manage customer inquiries through email and WhatsApp communication.
  
• Task Management and Coordination:
