Job Description Our client, an international pioneer company, leader in the development and management of innovative health & life insurance solutions, is looking for a Nurse Coordinator for their medical team based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Responsibilities: Take charge of coordinating the care path of the insured persons with severe and / or chronic illnesses (regular contact with affiliates and healthcare providers) Control and validate the requests for insurance contracts: identification of the examinations necessary for the correct apprehension of the current and potential health of the insured, Control the performance of the business by analyzing the profitability of the various accounts, setting up key indicators and identifying levers for performance improvement Organize the prevention and well-being services subscribed by clients, prepare regular reports for insurers and clients.
