Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies that align with overall business goals, emphasizing customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing performance marketing team. Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to team members.
• Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media, and email marketing.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance using advanced analytics tools. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, offering strategic recommendations for improvement.
• Take ownership of the performance marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and optimization to maximize ROI. Make informed decisions based on campaign performance and business priorities.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including creative, content, and product teams, to ensure cohesive and integrated performance marketing strategies.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing. Implement innovative strategies and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Identify opportunities for conversion rate optimization throughout the customer journey. Implement data-driven changes to enhance overall campaign performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager, demonstrating successful leadership in developing and executing performance marketing strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and proficiency in advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads, Youtube Ads).
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Creative mindset with a strategic approach to performance marketing.
