The Personal Assistant assists the employer with scheduling, document management, and travel arrangements, ensuring operational efficiency. This role involves coordinating tasks across departments and handling routine purchases, while prioritizing confidentiality and proactive management. -Assist the Managing Director by coordinating tasks across multiple departments. -Manage follow-ups, routine purchases, document preparation, and email drafting. -Handle personal and professional calendar management, including scheduling appointments and meetings. -Manage travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. -Use and maintain proficiency in Notion to streamline workflow.
