This role involves coordinating tasks across departments and handling routine purchases, while prioritizing confidentiality and proactive management. -Assist the Managing Director by coordinating tasks across multiple departments. -Manage follow-ups, routine purchases, document preparation, and email drafting. -Handle personal and professional calendar management, including scheduling appointments and meetings. -Manage travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. -Use and maintain proficiency in Notion to streamline workflow.
