We are looking to hire an organized Personal Assistant/Secretary to join our high calibre team at Chin Hin Group in Kuala Lumpur Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur

-Support and meet Director’s needs in an effective and efficient manner. -Prepare reports, presentation materials, business proposals, company memorandum, business letter, etc. -Manage all administration including but not limited to office access cards, emails, company petrol cards, name cards, filing of documents, etc. -Provide data analysis. -Manage all office maintenance-stock management for stationeries, refreshments, repairs and maintenance, facilities management. -Prepare and submit regulatory forms to government agencies where required. -Manage and process travel arrangement eg visa, flight, restaurant, and accommodation reservation for Director. -File documents in alphabetical or numerical order and code files for proper placement so that easier to retrieve files as necessary. -Fax and photocopy files for administrative and accounting purposes. -Scan documents to convert forms, receipts, and reports into electronic format. -Check accuracy of data given and perform data entry into database to ensure the information is accurate, update and unstable. -Anticipate the needs of Director in order to ensure a seamless and positive experience. [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-chin-hin-group-job-personal-assistant-secretary]   -Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree certificate. -Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate), Power BI, PowerPoint Presentation and Word. -Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience. -Able to read, write and converse fluently in English and Mandarin. -Meticulous, detailed and task focused. -Proactive, flexible, and able to adapt easily to changes. -Resourceful, great learning attitude, willing to take on new tasks. -Independent, able to work with minimum supervision. -Able to set priorities and meet deadlines; have a sense of urgency of deadlines. -Excellent team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
