Your new role Responsible building teams to ensure project success and effective communication across internal and external channels.Oversee project tracking within the organisation, ensuring clear milestones and delivery timelines are established. This facilitates smooth internal delivery and coherent go-to-market strategies for participants. You establish and maintain communication channels, syndicating participant messages with clear propositions and feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.Efficient resource allocation for achieving project milestones, managing the entire product build budget, manpower, and technology allocation, optimising resources for optimal project outcomes. Additionally, a proactive approach involves risk identification, mitigation planning, and adept navigation through unexpected challenges during the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.You will own your product propositions, roadmap, requirements, and backlog management in consultation with your stakeholders towards driving maximum impact from your available resources. Your deep understanding of design thinking and appreciation of user experience around operations will be instrumental in creating innovative, intuitive, and delightful payment solutions. In addition, your deep knowledge of payment products and technology will be instrumental in driving product innovation and staying ahead of market trends.What you'll need to succeed Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.Proven experience (9 years) as a Product Manager or similar role in the financial services, fintech or payment industry, preferably with exposure to payment products in an operational role.Good understanding of payment systems, technologies, and industry standards.Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret market insights and customer needs.Demonstrated the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and in stakeholder management and engagement, with the ability to influence and build relationships at various levels.Knowledge of risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements related to payment networks.Experience of developing project proposals, business cases, and financial analysis to secure funding.Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience collaborating with technology teams to define product specifications and user stories.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and ideas in a clear and concise manner.Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively.Passion for innovation and staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.What you'll get in return Hybrid working arrangementsTransportation allowance16% EPF contributions21 days Annual LeaveOpportunities to gain certificationsMedical insurance
