- Greet and welcome visitors with awarm and professional demeanor.
- Maintain aclean and organized reception area.
- Notifystaff of visitor arrivals.
- Provide excellentcustomer service by answering inquiries in person, over thephone.
- Direct visitor to the appropriatedepartments or personnel.
- Answer and manageincoming calls, transferring them to the appropriate staffmembers.
- Take and relay messages accuratelyand in a timely manner.
- Maintain aprofessional and courteous phone manner.
- Manage office supplies and inventory for the front deskarea.
- Sort and distribute incoming andoutgoing mail and packages.
- Effectivelycommunicate with internal and external stakeholders in a clear andprofessional manner.
