Communications Specialist

Job Description:

Hartalega Holdings Berhad is seeking a dynamic and motivated Communications Specialist to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies to promote the company's brand, products, and services. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that all communications are consistent and aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Responsibilities include: - Developing communication plans and strategies to enhance the company's reputation and brand - Creating content for internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, social media posts, and website content - Monitoring and analyzing media coverage and social media trends - Managing relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers - Participating in meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and initiatives - Collaborating with other team members to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms - Providing support for events, marketing campaigns, and other projects as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Driven and reliable individual with emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms
