Communications Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Communications Specialist to join our team at Digi.Com Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate level role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in communications or related fields.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement communication strategies to promote the company's brand and services - Create content for various communication channels including social media, press releases, and website - Maintain relationships with media outlets and journalists - Monitor and analyze market trends to adjust communication strategies accordingly - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging - Manage and organize events, press conferences, and other public relations activities - Provide guidance and support to junior team members

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines - Experience in people management - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
