Communications Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

QSR Brands is seeking a talented and experienced Communications Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, work from home position based in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement communication strategies to promote the company's products, services, and brand. 2. Create engaging and informative content for various channels including social media, press releases, website, and internal communications. 3. Monitor and analyze communication metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns. 4. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. 5. Manage relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other external stakeholders. 6. Provide timely responses to media inquiries and manage crisis communications when necessary. 7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on communication efforts. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communication strategies.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field. 2. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Demonstrated resilience and ability to adapt to changing circumstances. 5. Excellent cooperation and teamwork skills. 6. High emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with various stakeholders. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other communication tools. 8. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
