Content Writer

Job Description: Petron Malaysia is seeking a talented and passionate Content Writer to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As an entry-level Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content for various digital and print platforms related to our products and services in the petroleum industry.

Responsibilities: 1. Research and write original content for blogs, social media, website, and other marketing materials. 2. Edit and proofread content to ensure it meets quality standards and reflects the company's brand voice. 3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that drive engagement and conversion. 4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve content quality. 5. Assist in developing content calendars and managing content distribution across various platforms. 6. Work closely with designers and other team members to ensure visual content aligns with written content. 7. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative ideas for content campaigns.

Requirements: 1. Strong writing and editing skills with impeccable grammar and attention to detail. 2. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines. 4. Strong strategic planning and critical thinking skills. 5. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members. 6. Driven and motivated to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field is preferred but not required.
