Online Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Online Social Media Manager to join our team at Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka. As an Associate Level Online Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing our company's online presence and engagement across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, and written) across social media platforms - Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media - Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content and engagement - Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media management - Strong attention to detail and strategic planning skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media analytics tools - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
