Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated PR Associate to join our team at Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow within the role.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing public relations strategies and campaigns - Write and distribute press releases to media outlets - Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists and media contacts - Monitor and analyze media coverage - Coordinate and organize events, press conferences, and other public relations activities - Assist in crisis management and response - Support the PR team in various administrative tasks

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Passion for public relations and the media industry - Dedication to achieving results and meeting deadlines - Ability to work well in a team environment - Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
