Pr Associate - Work from home

Job Description: Petronas is currently seeking a full-time PR Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang. This position offers the opportunity to work from home, making it ideal for individuals seeking a flexible and independent work environment. As an Entry Level PR Associate, you will be responsible for managing public relations activities for the company, including communicating with media outlets, organizing events, and creating press releases.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the company's reputation and promote its products and services - Build relationships with media outlets and key stakeholders to secure press coverage - Create compelling press releases, articles, and other written materials for distribution - Coordinate and manage PR events and campaigns - Monitor and analyze media coverage to track the effectiveness of PR efforts - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on messaging and branding - Assist in crisis management and response as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field - 1 year of experience in PR or a related field - Hardworking and independent mindset - Attention to detail and strong leadership skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and PR tools/software
