Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team at Media Prima Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing the company's social media strategy across various platforms to increase brand awareness, engage with customers, and drive website traffic.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement - Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, videos, written) on social media platforms - Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner - Analyze social media data and metrics to identify trends and insights, and optimize content performance - Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency - Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices - Monitor competitor activity and recommend strategies to improve our social media presence - Manage and oversee social media advertising campaigns

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 3+ years of experience in social media management - Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong planning and organizational skills - Resourceful and motivated team player - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and email marketing is a plus
