General personal skill: The primary focus of the Resident Engineer is to provide technical support, able to deliver “best-practices” and performing technical operation to selected customers. The candidate should display an understanding of technology infrastructures using network security, Endpoint security or threat monitoring / scanning tools. Job Description: Multi-tasking skill with a keen eye for detail who are well organized and thrive in fast-paced, high-stress scenarios. Review service request and handle daily technical operation (Endpoint security) support to customers within given SLA. Provide system maintenance and test patches/fixes to ensure they are implemented and functioning correctly. Analyse customer’s endpoint configurations. Provide regular updates on work-in-progress and current issues. Coordinate and work with third-party vendors where applicable. Candidate will be based at client’s site. Must Experience in Symantec Endpoint Protection (Anti-Virus, Encryption, DLP). Minimum 3 years of experience. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly report(s).
