WHAT WILL YOUDO?
Report tallyand data entry
- Issuinginvoices and system data tally
- Departmentstores stock count and sales report tally withsystem
- Maintain data filling and recordaccurately
Shippingarrangement
- Crosscheck Transport billing statement
- Prepare andarrange shipping documents, follow up and update the shipmentstatus
- Coordinate the end-to-end process ofdelivery and ensure timely delivery of goods
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years of experience inadministration
- Familiar with billing &shipment procedures
- Computer Literate –particularly with Microsoft Office
- Preferdetail-oriented & self-initiativeperson
