You will play an important role in: Assist in planning, coordinating and implementing sales and marketing strategies and campaigns to promote company's projects Conduct market survey and prepare market/competitor analysis to evaluate market trend, competition ventures to develop efficient strategies Coordinating marketing campaigns & sales activities. To prepare presentation slides for marketing purpose & execute necessary marketing & Sales activities. To monitor A&P budget and expenditure within approved budget. To execute necessary marketing & sales activities as planned. Familiar with HIMS Systems - DL & AP application & renewal, Borang 7F submission. Conducting marketing competitor research. Handling social media & content marketing and visual. Assist in preparation of marketing collaterals such as brochures, sales kit, leaflets, banners, digital marketing, video & etc. Organised on site event, roadshow. Liaise with vendors/external parties of their services provided, quotations and jobs delivery on timely manner. Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments efficiently. Undertakes any other tasks and assignments as directed by the superior from time to time.   Who are we looking for: Qualification: Diploma/Certificate from Higher Learning Institutions; Minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience in property development industry. Aggressive; Self-motivated willing to take the initiative, result oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong and excellent communications skills with good interpersonal attitude. Good behavioral competency with interpersonal on analytical, problem solving, result focused, Customer Focused and continuous learning. Able to establish good rapport with all stakeholders internally and externally. Possess own transport and willing to travel locally or outstation. Sales driven and independent in a fast-pace environment. Language profesion English, Malay & Chinese. Preferably candidate with experience in the Property Development Industry.
