  Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Associate Product Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide expert consultation to customers on our surgical, refraction, or IT products, manage pre-sales activities, and contribute to successful product launches. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate (or equivalent) with a passion for learning and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities: -Pre-Sales Support: -Consult with customers and distributors regarding product features and specifications. -Maintain a comprehensive database of customer inquiries for future reference. -Assist with fulfilling tender requirements. -Product Demonstrations: -Plan and execute product demos for local and overseas customers, collaborating with sales and channel management. -Participate in local and regional conferences to showcase products and handle inquiries alongside the sales team. -Product Documentation: -Develop clear and replicable pre-shipping kitting and inspection manuals for each product. -Create user training manuals that are easy to understand and follow. -New Product Launch Support: -Contribute to new product launches by providing training materials, analyzing competitor products and pricing, and proposing market-specific pricing and budgets. -Teamwork and Development: -Develop and maintain detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure team efficiency. -Continuously update your product knowledge and skills through ongoing training and self-study as per the development plan created with your supervisor. -Ensure your work is well-documented and your supervisor is aware of your progress.
