Join our dynamic team and be instrumental in driving our sales vision forward. We are currently seeking a proactive Business Development Officer who will focus on crafting sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering relationships with potential clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand recognition and achieve financial growth. The role will test your skills in both a B2B and B2C sales environment. The B2B sales environment requires speaking to all levels of a company including HR, finance, and business owners. Your application should include a 90-second video introducing yourself to be selected for an interview. Objectives of this Role: -Identify and target potential clients to develop new business opportunities. -Conduct high-level industry research and analyze market trends. -Understand clients' needs and develop effective sales and marketing strategies to achieverevenue goals and expand our customer base. -Give input into Social Media content and aid in idea creation. -Proactively seek and follow up with qualified leads, driving the end-to-end sales process. -To consult with B2B companies on writing ROI and benefit case analysis for presentation to upper management. -Coordinate calls, meetings, and prepare necessary documentation and presentations. -Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients and potential clients -Utilize AI tools and technologies to improve customer communication and streamline processes. -Propose new business ideas and explore collaborative opportunities -Participate in meetings, workshops, training sessions, and marketing campaigns -Collaborate effectively with customers, associates, partners, and team members to meet allparties' needs. -Utilize CRM systems to prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for seniormanagement Basic + Commision (RM4000-RM10,000) [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-fev3r-sdn-bhd-job-sales-business-development-executive] Requirements and Skills: -Strong ability in "Closing" deals. -Ideally, 3-10 years of relevant work experience minimum. -Advantageous to have an understanding or exposure to the health tech and/or wellness industry. -Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other languages is a plus. -Relevant experience in sales and marketing-oriented industry preferred. -Possession of HRDF TTT certification is a bonus. -Essential knowledge of computer skills and sales/marketing software – including Generative AI, PowerPoint, canvas, zoom, and other common sales support software. -Understanding of sales performance metrics and excellent communication and negotiation skills. -Past experience working with CRM systems like Salesforce or Pipedrive. -Analytical and process-oriented mindset. -Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn. -Willing to travel locally in Malaysia. -Experience in planning and hosting events.
