To service existing customer base and be proactive in identifying new customer To reactivate inactive / dormant customers to expand customer base To drive sales and ensure customers are updated with latest product offerings To prepare quotation, follow up on sales, and provide after sales service to customers within assigned territory To collaborate closely with SRI’s production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order progress To ensure customers' payments are made on a timely basis To provide regular status reports to sales management which include forecast, pipeline and activity summary information to ensure department KPIs are met To develop actionable sales strategies together with sales management in order to achieve and / or exceed the team sales target   Job Requirements: 1-2 years of working experience in a related field is an advantage Excellent in verbal and written communication in English and Malay, Mandarin is an added advantage Able to work independently, be highly motivated and target driven Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with using Oracle Netsuite is a bonus
