-Promote and cross-sell company products, approach and guide customers to purchase. -Manage and follow up on all the customer’s enquiries, answer customer questions promptly and patiently, provide quality service and the latest information regarding company products, build and maintain great relationships with all customers (Whatsapp, Instagram, Messenger etc.) -Monitor ads performance and update sales reports daily. -Achieve the company’s monthly sales target (individuals and teams).  -Create opportunities and strategies to develop new sales, study and monitor market trends, propose to the company for changes and improvement. -Assist with content creation on company products and social media.
