Responsibilities:

• Replyenquiries / leads from social media, WhatsApp, email and closingthe deals by providing quality and professionalservices
• Dealing with customerconcerns, through email, WhatsApp,phone
• Fully understand the product andcan serves as productspecialist
• Develop relationships withcustomers
• Creative sales activities todevelop new customersdatabase
• Recording customerfeedback
• Working with team and other departmentmembers to resolve customer issues e.g. finance, paymentreconciliation, deliveries
• To handle existingaccounts for daily / weekly / monthly repeat salesorders.
• To develop new potential customer /dealer.
• To act as supporting role, to assistcompany achieve monthly sales target.
• Performother sales tasks as assigned by superior.

Requirement:

• Comfortableworking with computers, Microsoft Excel especially. Expertise isnot required.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa isrequired.
• Good Interaction &Communication Skills
• Independent, self- discipline andmotivated
• Positivemindset
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged toapply
• Minimum Diploma inMarketing/Business/Sciencerelated.
