Job Purpose /Overview

• Responsiblefor overall day to day sales administration and coordinationduties. Working closely with the sales team to provideadministrative support to the teams.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

• Provide support forthe sales and marketing team as required
• Respond to feedback from customers and give after-salessupport when requested
• Store and sort salesdata and present reports. Maintaining and updating sales andcustomers records.
• Handle the processing ofall orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Filing important documents and communicating relevantinformation
• Raise documents for samples& sales invoices. Ensure all documents are in proper filingorder.
• Liaise with sales and distributionchannels to ensure all stock is delivered on time.
• Check on stock status of distributionchannels.
• Assist in all sales relatedactivities in meeting company’s sales target.
• Assist Sales & Marketing team in day-to-dayactivities.

Other JobRequirements :

• Able tocommunicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and computerliterate.
• Positive and enthusiastic teamplayer.
• Eager to learn and poses problemsolving skills.
• Having driving license& possess own transportation.
• Willingto travel outstation when necessary.
• Preferably with some knowledge on security systemsindustry.
