What is the role about? -Plays a pivotal role in executing the sales strategy and achieving volume and revenue targets for the customers/markets designated to him/her. -Accountable on the full cycle of all sales transaction, from opening new account, order taking, stock availability, shipment of stock, payment collection, credit status of the customers. -Managing the relationship with the customers, providing excellent service to the customers in quality, timeliness, reliability aspects. -Strategic Planning: Short term planning (6 to 12 months) for the customers on how to grow their business and improve the customer’s satisfaction. -Business Development: Work together with Business Development team to identify new opportunities for their existing markets/customers and executing the opportunities. Participating/visiting trade fairs. -Performance Analysis: Analyze the performances of their current customers, understand the gaps and work towards closing the gaps to achieve the targets set. -Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs. -Forecasting and Reporting: Develop accurate sales forecasts, track progress against targets, and provide regular reports to senior management. -Collaboration: Close collaboration with sales operation team and all other cross functional teams. -Lead Team Member: Might have a subordinate to lead (Sales Operation). [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-f-b-nutrition-sdn-bhd-job-sales-executive] Are you the one? -A Diploma or bachelor's degree in food science, business administration, marketing, or a related field is required. -Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, sales operation, customer service, business development or other related discipline. -Sales, Marketing or business development experience in food service/industry channel (Malaysia or/and overseas). -Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. -Experience in B2B and export businesses (ASEAN) -preferred. -Excellent in English is required in both written and conversation. -Understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies. -Knowledge of the industry and market trends. -Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills and presentation skills, able to prepare written business proposals and business reviews. -Familiarity with CRM/SAP software and sales analytics tools. -Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. -Team management skills. -Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. -Able to travel in Malaysia and oversea.
