Job Responsibilities To maximize conference and banqueting revenue and profit through pro-active selling techniques and pricing strategy Respond to sales inquiries on timely manner from potential clients and customers seeking meeting space, annual dinner, conference, ceremony, food and beverage services. Develop sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed established revenue and goals Analyse business markets and design sales strategy & set goals to execute. Oversee sales and event department for daily operation and activities. Oversee event costing such as part timers recruitments, equipment for maintenance, meeting amenities and daily expenses in premises. Evaluate and improve sales and financial performance Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Marketing / Business Administration / Hotel Management or equivalent. At least 2 years of working experience in the related filed is required for this position. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English Excellent convincing abilities, good communication skills, sales and negotiation skills A team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
