Responsibilities -Responsible for equipping sales team with relevant products knowledge, Aesthetic and regenerative health guidelines. -Provide update on market intelligence and leading domestic sales team in achieving business and social objectives -Engage with Management and sales team to conduct sales meeting weekly -Ensure all the sales target and activities are achived set by management -Conduct training for new joiners and regular clinical update to sales team to ensure that they are well equipped with product knowledge -Provides product input to marketing in promotional material development and other commercial and marketing initiatives to ensure business growth -Develop product slides deck for sales team with up-to-date information -Conducts medical/marketing activities that increase capabilities of internal sales force (e.g. journal clubs), conduct products quizzes on specified timeline [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-tdox-clinic-job-sales-manager] Requirements -Manage and oversee team's delivery of team/function goals to drive execution against goals set. -Functional Skills and Knowledge -Demonstrate strong understanding of clients' industry/business/products -Demonstrate exceptional client management and communication skills -Proven senior level of relationship building -Demonstrate fluency in English,Madrin and Malay (written and spoken) -Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) -Perform any other tasks in support of the position and any other relevant tasks assigned by the Management. -Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field. -Minimum 5 years working experience in Sales or similar industry
