Our client is a key player in the lubricants market, seeking an experienced Sales Manager to be based in KL or Johor.

Your new role

As a Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the lubricant market.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.

Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in the lubricant industry.

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Based in KL or Johor
Office-based
Team size: 3-5 headcount

What you'll need to succeed

At least 5 years of sales experience in lubricant sales

Industry experience in automotive spare parts is an added advantage

Sales and results driven

Strong customer-relationship management skills

Willing to travel to meet with prospective customers
