This role will be responsible in planning,implementing and executing digital marketing strategies for brandawareness, lead generation and community growth across variousmarketing platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Use adata-informed approach to develop digital marketingstrategies throughout itslifecycle and align marketing platforms to the company’s businessgoals, priorities and strategicdirection.
- Manage all aspects of digital campaignsand applications, including planning, execution, optimization, andreporting.
- Develop compelling content and marketingcollaterals for digital channels, including website, social media,email, and digitaladvertising.
- Plan contentstrategies, develop content, build a social media calendar, andmanage content publishing across marketingplatforms.
- Seek, build, andmaintain relationships with regional content creators, communityleaders, and advocates.
- Conduct marketresearch and gain a complete understanding of the industrylandscape, target customer background and company products andservices to develop content and digital initiatives that areinnovative and original.
- Develop customerexperience initiatives such as Learning Management System,e-Commerce, Community Forum, Customers Google Reviews, ClientSuccess Stories, Testimonials andInterviews.
- Create andensure all content assets are updated consistently across all themarketing collaterals and educational resources.
- Collaborate withinternal and external parties to deliver high-converting contentincorporating SEO techniques for the various targeted audienceprofile and align digital marketing efforts withoverall business goals.
- Stay informed about emerging digitalmarketing technologies and tools, and recommend new opportunitiesfor innovation.
- Monitor digital lead conversion rate tomeasure the effectiveness of the digital campaigns and refinedigital strategies for improvement and optimizeROI.
- Provide regular updates on regionalplans, weekly activity calendar, results and ROI and advise onactivities enhancement; analyse, discuss and obtain feedbacks fromSales and Marketing teams forimprovement.
BasicQualifications:
- Min. 2 yearexperience in digital marketing field, ideally within B2B ortechnology organisations
- Experience in digital marketingdevelopment and eCommerce (knowledge of wordpress and woocommercewould be a plus)
- Content designing and creation skills –photoshop, illustrator, video editingsoftware
- Meticulously organised with projectmanagement skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic andfast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude anda strong sense ofownership
- Strong written and verbal communicationskills
- Desire to take initiative, be innovativeand creatively solveproblems
- A marketing or business degree, or formalmarketing qualification isdesirable
