Job DescriptionAs a Sr. Marketing Executive in AirAsia, you will be reporting to the assigned HOD and lead strategic marketing initiatives to promote our airline services, enhance brand visibility, and drive customer acquisition. The role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans for the assigned markets, collaborating cross-functionally, and staying attuned to industry trends.For this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for promoting India destinations as one of the portfolios from Malaysia and working closely with our India counterparts. Proficiency in Tamil spoken and written is essential for this role. Responsibilities:To ensure healthy performance for all products assigned & strive to achieve agreed goalsResponsible for overall marketing, project management & market development activities for assigned portfoliosCreation, development and successful execution & success measurements of marketing strategies using data tools & resources providedOpportunity to lead and manage a marketing executive while working on your own portfolioManagement of relationships with marketing partners that includes media agency, tourism partners and other business partners, externally & internallyUsing creative/ effective channels to maximize promotional opportunities for airasia Super App in a cost-efficient manner, building a consistent level of "buzz" around the brand, driving conversion & bookings for the businessActing as a Brand Ambassador for AirAsia - building on the awareness of airasia Super App as a global brand in the travel & e-commerce spaceDesired skills & Experience:Bachelor’s degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising or related disciplineFluency in spoken and written Tamil is mandatoryAt least 6 years working experienceProficient in English and Tamil(For India market)Strong understanding of e-commerce and usage of social mediaExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster collaboration & goodwill between different teamsExcellent analytical skills and ability to understand data, campaign performance and business financialsAbility to manage multiple projects, both tactical and strategic in nature - achieving both time and budgetary deadlinesAbility to work & be resourceful in a fast-pace environmentAbility to be agile and adaptable to change A team player yet able to work independentlyHave basic knowledge of market & consumer trendsDemonstrable passion for travel in general and with Asia in particularExperience in working with government officials / high ranking persons is a bonus We are all different - one talent to another - that is how we rely on our differences.
