Responsibilities: -Create, execute, and manage sponsored advertising campaigns across various social media and search engines - ensuring the campaign’s KPIs are met through effective targeting and optimization. -Manage campaign budgets and allocations across digital channels to achieve high-performing and successful campaigns. -Plan, manage, and attend partnerships or barter activities through strategic development of proposals, and effective negotiations to increase on-ground presence, reduce expenditures, and bring overall value to the company. -Publish and manage banner ads for clients’ campaigns using Google Ads Manager. -Manage and monitor clients’ campaigns and their performance through regular analysis and active organization of relevant sheets and tools. -Develop Post Campaign Reports (PCR) or interim reports for clients that include detailed performance insights and actionable takeaways. -Develop monthly newsletters with the objective of providing industry insights, tips, and strategies to market our services to prospective advertisers. -Manage and guide interns or junior team members to assist with the daily departmental operations. -Provide consultations and recommendations to clients or internal teams based on trends, data research, and analysis to improve campaign performance. -Delegate inbound leads efficiently and ensure prospects are contacted by the BD representatives promptly. -Generate quality leads for the BD team to improve and support sales revenue. -Support the BD and Marketing team by providing routine competitors analysis, market intelligence expertise, market assessments, and relevant analytics.
