Your Role:
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options in meeting annual sales goal, sales planning, direct selling to end users. Proactively generate leads and steadily grow the pipeline of sales opportunities. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. Responsible for quotation, proposal and closing of orders to prospects. Serve as primary liaison of technical, commercial and promotion support of all sales activities. Strengthens and maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Support marketing activities, including exhibitions, workshops and seminars Liaise with Regional Hub and Germany HQ on project discussions. Timely reporting of contact activities and sales opportunities in CRM Any other tasks, or project assigned by GM Your Profile:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other related fields More than 5 years of job experience in sheet metal fabrication, machine tools, precision engineering, optics & precision laser technology) or selling manufacturing/engineering product, equipment or project Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Willingness to travel across the responsible sales area and occasionally to Singapore/Germany Motivation for sales and for buildup long term customer relationships Self-driven. Initiative and proactive in following through and completing tasks. Resulted Oriented. Customer oriented, team player and growth mindset Sense of prioritization & urgency amidst multiple and shifting demands Professional, team player with organization, planning and time Management skills Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and closing Skills Problem Solving, independently working.
