Social Media Manager - Remote Work

UEM Sunrise Berhad is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely. As a leading property developer in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY, we are looking for a dynamic individual who can take our social media presence to the next level.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to identify trends and optimize content - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels - Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices - Manage social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and drive conversions - Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner - Stay current on industry news and competitor activities

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media management - Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns - Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Hardworking and resourceful individual with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus
