Responsibilities-Leading development of the Trade Marketing Strategy to achieve defined business objectives across defined product categories and their key channels.-Owning responsibilities for the development, execution, and performance of all programs designed to increase presence and ultimate off-take through piloting improved planograming, merchandising, promotions and shopper engagement.-Ensure alignment across the Sales and Marketing teams on field sales needs and marketing initiatives.-Leading efforts to leverage Brand Positioning and solidify the company's market position through our customers and their retail floors.-Providing seasoned leadership in the translation and execution of the Marketing strategy into impactful programs.-Putting in place, monitor and improve processes to link all Marketing activities with all the activities of Sales team.-Ensuring timely new product listing and impactful selling story.-Take learning from trade program effectiveness evaluation. Requirements-Bachelor Degree in Marketing or equivalent.-Good communication skills (both in spoken and written).-Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.-Skills in brand and shopper marketing.-Proactive, passionate for results, creative solution, innovation with a thirst for fresh knowledge and experience.-Good organizational skills and attention to detail.-In a rapidly evolving environment and development.-Discipline in execution and follow up on campaigns to achieve desired results and work to tight deadlinesExperience-Minimum 2 years of trade marketing management experience.-Experience in sales and marketing will be an advantage.-Knowledge of AC Nielsen and Spaceman planogram will be an added advantage.
